This portion of our site is dedicated to helping players improve through the use of the Coaches Corner. Here we will upload example drills, tips and tricks, etc. in order to help players develop. The goal is to have continual personal growth, no matter our age.
The 'T' in the name is taken from the elite training regimen of our Han-Ul LEGEND, Tony Chang. These daily drills are meant for every player to do before practice and games as warm-ups, or pretty much any time you're off the pitch. They improve touch, awareness, and overall comfort on the ball. Find a partner and remember to take your vitamins daily!
Each of the drills below are meant to be done with a partner, and should take about 10 mins total.
Stand back about 5-6.5 ft (1.5-2.0m) away from your partner.
The server throws the ball to the designated body part with two hands underhand.
The receiving partner jogs/bounces in position, showing their readiness on their toes.
The receiver performs the drill, hitting the ball back to the chest of the server.
The server throws the ball to the opposite side (i.e. Left or Right body part) on the next throw.
Continue alternating sides until the receiver has done 20 good repetitions.
Below you'll find the receiver actions for the Right side body part. Know that it is implied that you need to do the left side too.

This next section of Vitamin T's are PASSING drills designed to differentiate the mediocre from elite players.
KEY POINT#1: It's all about being able to handle any ball coming your way, using the first touch as a setup for an immediate return pass with the opposite foot to your partner. There is no wasted extra run up steps or repositioning the ball for the pass. In this way there is economy of motion. World class players of course make it look easy, but it can be quite difficult to master the nuances.
KEY POINT#2: This drill also helps develop passing accuracy in pressure and rushed situations. Make sure you hit your target!
#11: Short Range Passes
(10 ft / 3 m)
#12: Mid Range Passes
(20 ft / 6 m)
#13: Long Range Passes
(30 ft / 9 m)
#14: Ulta Short Range Passes
(6.5 ft / 2 m)
